My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was cold throughout my stay, and the bath blocker wasn't working as expected. Despite the friendly and helpful service, the issues with the room ruined my entire experience. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't be returning. PS: The lights weren't working properly either.
The hotel offers modern and comfortable rooms with basic amenities, though a refurbishment is needed. The service is polite and attentive but lacks a smile at times. The location is convenient with enough parking space. The dining is of poor quality. The facilities are standard.
The hotel was a bit formal and not in a good location. However, it was huge and very clean, although the morning cleanliness was questionable. On a school night, the location offered easy access to transport links, including Heathrow Airport, with buffet-style dining.
